Dufferin & Lawrence

Lanterra has submitted plans for an upcoming large scale community at the north-east corner of Dufferin and Lawrence. The project, designed by Page + Steele comprises nearly 10 acres and contemplates a total of 1,600,000 square feet of residential and commercial uses which will include about 1,500 condominiums, 85,000 of street related retail and 60,000 square feet of office space in buildings arranging 7 to 24 storeys. The project surrounds a 3-acre public park being designed by NAK. The project will come to market in the fall of 2008.
