We are a focused and dedicated company offering property management services to all residential real estate properties, specializing in the management of condominiums. Whether your property is a newly registered condominium or one that has been registered for many years, there is no doubt that issues, questions and concerns regarding the property and condominium homeownership will arise. It is our job to ensure that your building is managed competently and efficiently, so that you as the homeowner will have an exceptional condo life experience.

At Lanterra Property Management, our mission is to provide you with excellent service and overall homeowner satisfaction. Our property management personnel are carefully selected and trained to perform according to our company’s high standard of excellence. Our ultimate goal is to create and maintain a good relationship between unit owners, tenants and the management team, and to act as a helpful liaison between the residents and the Board of Directors. We know that these relationships are vital to a building’s success, and are attainable through responsible, friendly and professional management personnel.

Lanterra Property Management staff is comprised of skilled professionals specially trained to estimate a realistic and workable annual budget. This training includes careful understanding of the annual budget and how to maintain and improve a building’s value while, with the aid of the Board of Directors, ensuring that both the life of the building and the happiness of its residents are upheld.

What is a property manager?
A manager is employed by the Condominium Corporation to provide expert advice concerning numerous day-to-day issues, including; the supervision of the companies hired to provide maintenance and service to the building, collecting fees, keeping financial records, inspecting the property to determine the need for maintenance, and dealing with emergencies which involve the common elements. The Property Management Office also acts as an agent of the Corporation for enforcing the Declaration, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the Corporation.
