Lanterra Developments brings together the talents of its two founders, Mark Mandelbaum and Barry Fenton. These industry veterans are rapidly becoming known as one of the most creative and innovative teams in residential high-rise condominium development today. Mark Mandelbaum has spent over 25 years concentrating on residential and commercial land development. Barry Fenton has been involved in real estate for over 25 years. Prior to teaming with Mark, he was President of a real estate firm that specialized in commercial and residential buildings located both in Canada and the United States.
